Remember window position (+size) and display #4

Set initial default, them remember where user placed app Take into account multiple monitors, and if the monitor is no longer there.

I looked at this for quite some time over the past winter and concluded that it is very challenging to implement, esp for multiple monitors. My experiments in fact all failed.
