Check how many people are eligible to enter whitelist GA #116

Add a number on the create giveaway page to show the number of people that are eligible to enter this giveaway. This should only happen and show up, if the user selected the whitelist checkbox.

There is a limit on the number of requests per day, which seems to be 100k. Might need to add a button for the check.

Add another button that checks for people on the whitelist that have the game on their wishlist.
