Add endless scroll for GA comments. #24

Extend the endless scroll for the page of a giveaway which is the entries page. The url of the giveaway is kind of "www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/[ID]/[GAMENAME]".

Moved to 0.3 to have all endless-scroll issues in one milestone

Note the difference between all giveaways URL which contains

giveaways

in contrast to this page which has no s at the end of giveaway.
