julia version #5

Hi,

The packang HiC-spector you maintained is really practical for me . You said it's developed in Julia 0.4 and 0.5, but now julia has developed to 1.0 ，does it will support well if run HiC-spector on julia 1.0+? Or do u recommend using which version of julia will be better ?

Thanks for your interest. I am slowly working on modifying my code. If you are really want to do the reproducibility calculation, there's also a python script for that purpose. KK
