Incomplete specification of NRIC #15

Glossary says that:

given the strong constraints on NRIC validity, glossary should specify that NRIC is refering to Singapore's NRIC specifically, instead of just "some countries".

Furthermore, given that the target user profile does not specify Singapore target audience, this issue is even more important, since it greatly limits the use of the application.

For example, a user from another country might want to use it. Looking at the glossary, might think can use, but since it is limited to SG's checksum algo, can't use, causes great inconvenience and lost time.

Accepted but severity should be very low as it is clear that the NRIC applies only to the Singapore context. It should be rephrased to "a unique identification number used in Singapore"
