I am trying to calculate residual deviance (overall) to check model fit and residual deviance associated with each study to see if there are any outlying studies – and leverage vs residual deviance plot. I am trying to use the BayesDiagnos function (attached) provided by Dr. Salanti group (University of Ioannina). Their function requires study level posterior probabilities as well as study level residual deviances. I am wondering if (and how) I can extract these values from the results of gemtc.
