For the Skim PDF viewer, fix viewer pattern and path to the executable script displayline as installed by Homebrew Cask.

Why did you changed the rexexps which matches the viewer variable?

Hi,

The original cannot match viewers specified by Mac OS X open(1) command. For example, the viewer string open -a Skim.app cannot be matched.
