Let the user knows when rate limiting is in effect #23

There should be something to let the user know that tab refresh is paused so users know what is happening. See https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/1boxp4k/acquisition_alternative_for_ssf_standard/

@Shadetorrent you're welcome. I will try to get an update with better a visual indicator for the rate limiting status next time I can work on this, which won't be until next week at the earliest.

The latest release (v0.10.3) has a visual queue when rate limiting turns on:
