Exit confirmation preventing windows from shutting down #34

The exit confirmation dialog when closing the application is useful, however when shutting down windows without first closing acquisition, it prevents them from proceeding, It would be convenient if it was deactivated in this case. Minor QoL feature but still useful.

Good suggestion. If I can figure this out I'll roll it into the next pre-release.

There are some other under-the-hood changes, so let me know if anything new breaks.

It works. I can shut down without acquisition blocking it. One bug I've found is that when I click on "priced" it crashes. I can't see anything relevant to the crash in the log.

Thanks. I've created https://github.com/gerwaric/acquisition/issues/35 for the "Priced" crash, which I can replicate already.
