sub-issue of #100

Once the Form and the Treeset has been handled. Let's integrate everything according to the following spec:

[ ] When editing a ledger, clicking on a ledger in the TreeSet doesn't do anything.
[ ] Next step button should be disabled unless there's a ledger existing and the user is not edition one.
[ ] creating the ledger should add it to the treeset
[ ] editing the ledger should do nothing to the treeset.
