standard input "preview" does not work #42

If you click on the standard input "preview", a link is rendered, but not working. The reason seems to be that there is not input field on the page at all. You can see a preview of the page but the form on the bottom is not rendered (neither is the standard free text input)

Upgraded to 5.3.4.6 (301aad4), same thing.

additionally the German translation should be "Zum Formularbereich gehen" (Go to editing area)
