If i create guild then guild is empty. What i can repair this bug ?

Guild with ID: 0 doesn't exist

I could not reproduce it. Looks like you got invalid database structure. In official TFS structure there is a trigger that creates guild ranks, when acc. maker creates guild: https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver/blob/master/schema.sql#L376-L381
