added proper title slide #1 #2

This PR introduces the new cd titleslide. There is an option to switch to the titlepage which doesnt have the building. So far this is hardcoding the theme, but there might be an option to make this a yaml option.

I also added the "thank you" background and a fancy slide.

I am not 100% sure that the title slide works on all devices. It still feels a bit hardcoded.

@schochastics Thank you very much for this. Can confirm that the rendered revealjs title page is not responsive. But we are not aiming at responsive anyway.
