Duplicated caching test #77

I believe there is a duplicated test in httplib2test.py (for both Python 2 
and Python 3). The test methods testGetOnlyIfCachedCacheMiss  and 
testGetOnlyIfCachedCacheMissCache (in HttpTest) have the same body; despite 
different names and different comments explaining what they do, I suppose one 
duplicates the other, so I suggest the second should be elided (the first has 
a better name and a correct comment).
