Support custom payloads for instana_alerting_config resource #145

We'd like to manage our Instana alert configurations using this terraform provider. However, we currently don't have the means to set custom payload fields for the instana_alerting_config resource. Is it feasible to include this functionality, which should be supported by the instana API?
