add favicons #236

Closes #225. Used realfavicongenerator.net to create 260x260px cross-browser desktop & mobile favicons for Alex website.

Thanks for your patience with this. Third time's a charm, hopefully!

@laurenmayers Hey this looked really great! I moved the generated files directly to the root folder though (so the build works), and refactored the manifest / svg a bit. But super thanks for working on this!

GH is down, so Travis didn’t get the updated files yet. Let’s hope it’s fixed soon!
