Update retext-profanities to `^v7.2.1` to allow the contraction of `who are` (who're or who’re) #329

Problem

I noticed the contraction for who are (who're and who’re depending on quote style) being flagged. I’ve submitted a PR (https://github.com/retextjs/retext-profanities/pull/21) to retext-profanities which was released as v7.2.1 https://github.com/retextjs/retext-profanities/releases/tag/7.2.1

Since tests for this cases have been added upstream in retext-profanities, I don’t think new tests are needed here.
