Web PVR Manager broken by Google Chrome 53.0.2785.101, Opera 40.0.2308.62 and Firefox 49 #302

Most links in the Web PVR Manager interface do not work in Google Chrome 53.0.2785.101 (and possibly later versions). It is related to this change:

derived from this spec change:

https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/787

There is no workaround, so another browser must be used for the time being.

The same problem appears in Opera 40.0.2308.62, which has the same Blink browser engine version.
