Create getiplayer.2.97.nupkg #304

I created a Chocolatey package for get_iplayer (https://chocolatey.org/packages/getiplayer/). This nupkg file contains the information needed for Chocolatey to install and upgrade it.

Thanks for doing that, but I can't accept this PR. I'm not willing to support or maintain a Chocolatey package. Moreover, a platform- and version-specific package file does not belong in a source code repository. I should also note that your PR references an empty file. Something appears to have gone wrong, though the copy in your master branch looks OK.

However, by all means feel free to maintain and distribute the package yourself. When your package is approved, consider posting in the get_iplayer forums so people will know about it and it will get picked up by search engines. Also feel free to add a section in the Windows installation page of the get_iplayer GitHub wiki to let Chocolatey users know that get_iplayer is available (be sure to mention that the package name doesn't have an underscore).
