Error - Blocked by the BBC #392

every program is having this error (for example one im trying to download for family member to watch on their bedroom tv via a usb stick is pid=p06vh2rk

ERROR: Response: 403 Forbidden ERROR: Access to this resource was blocked by the BBC

Get-iplayer version 3.27.1 log.txt

using a static IP on my broadband, no firewall blocking and no vpn installed etc.
