"ERROR: Failed to load DASH manifest" behind VPN #394

Hi. This may be nothing, because it's a non-fatal error. The programmes always download ultimately despite the error, but the error didn't appear in previous versions, and there's no "Ignore this warning if programme download is successful" message. Maybe that can be addressed or eliminated in future.

When running get_iplayer behind HotSpot Shield VPN United Kingdom, I get the following among the various warnings:
