When I am downloading radio programmes, if the quality is on anything less than high my download speed is capped at around 4.0 Mb/s despite my download speed either for tv programmes in getiplayer or for other things outside of getiplayer is well over 20 Mb/s. I have now learned that downloading radio programmes on high quality also has the uncapped download speed but the high quality takes up too much storage on my PC. In effect it now takes longer to download med or std quality which are much smaller file sizes than high quality audio files. It also will sometimes download std/med audio files at full speed if the radio programmes is a smaller files (sub 1hr long) but this is not regular, it will only happen sometimes Can this be fixed so I can download med or std audio files at the full speed instead of it being capped? Thanks
Provide the PID or URL of the programme you are attempting to download, if applicable. Provide the PID or URL for only one programme.
