I am trying to report an issue that is now occurring; when the application was previously working properly and correctly.

When downloading a radio program your app is now generating 2 separate files (one containing thumbnail only and one containing the program recording, only). Previously these were downloading correctly as ONE file combining Thumbnail and program.

But your system keeps marking my attempted reports as INVALID

Why is your user interface SO user UNFRIENDLY? to prevent me from reporting this serious issue.

I have now un-installed and re-installed Get_iplayer and it is still generating 2 separate files for each download (one containing thumbnail only and one containing the program recording, only).

CAN SOME KIND PERSON PLEASE ASSIST BY REPORTING THIS ISSUE, SO THAT IT GETS ADDRESSED AND RESOLVED. It must be affecting more people than just me. I have submitted ALL of the information that I have. I DO NOT understand the other parts of this form, so have marked them as N/A

THANK YOU
