Due to time constraints I propose to remove this feature for the time being:

This postpones solving these problems (and potentially more)

https://github.com/itchysats/10101/issues/461: we have to wait for 6 confirmations before we even see the balance being updated
https://github.com/itchysats/10101/issues/475: after closing a cfd the amount we receive should be different, however, this seems not work.
