The user attempted to open a channel by "receiving funds" in his bitcoin wallet. From there, there is no logical flow to guide him in opening a channel. Even though he can still use the trade tab later and be prompted to use his channel with wallet funds, he misses the opportunity to see that he could have saved the on-chain transaction by opening his channel using Lightning.
This is a minor UX problem that should be addressed.
