Add fiat conversion #1

Show fiat conversion on following screens:

[x] wallet balance
[ ] transaction list
[ ] paying an invoice

for the fiat rates on the transaction list keep in min: because we do not have any storage the amounts would use the current conversion rate - and not the historic rate
