fix: white screen of death on iOS #152

Description

Fixes white screen of death when onboarding is null

Also fixes the issue where app crashes when onboarding is done but nwcclient isn't initialized

To reproduce this: 1) Reset Wallet 2) Click on "Connect Wallet" in Onboarding screen 3) Restart the app without setting the wallet

Tested on both Android and iOS
