Add channel opened success page in initial onboarding #130

Show user is successfully now running a self-sovereign app. What cool stuff can we do here?

It would be cool if we could add social sharing features. Maybe one of these libraries can help to add a Twitter or Email button: https://medevel.com/16-social-share/

URL could be the landing page for Alby Hub. We then need a good image for twitter. Text could be: Here we go! I am taking back control over my #bitcoin payments and run my own node with @getAlby Hub (or other name).

closing for now - channel creation was moved out of the onboarding
