Update transaction list empty state

I'd like to make it a bit less prominent and heavy, not in a "card" with stroke but on empty bg and possibly layout made in the center between top element and bottom. This could be maybe saved as a component and reused on other screens too If we need similar pattern.

if we work on this, then here are some ideas: This blank state is only for new users (all others will always have transactions and it never will be empty again) so we can take this space to help users get started. The wallet page is one of the first screens users will see after the onboarding.

So we can help them getting their first transactions.

We also know if they have receiving and sending capacity if not then let's make sure we direct them to the correct flow from here.

• show how it will look like when you have transactions (faded examples maybe
• show a demo (video) on how to receive and how to send
• say it positive and helpful. Is the text "No transactions yet" helpful? Your Lightning wallet is ready! let's make the first transaction.
• to receive we can point them to create an invoice and their lightning address
• to send we can add a link with the opensats lightning address

I subdued it mostly because they will have more pressing stuff above (migrate or open channels). I am a bit afraid if we put too much stuff there (videos, faded examples) it will be overwhelming at first look

My point is that we should help them in that "pressing stuff" todo. a big "No transactions yet" message does not help, does not solve the pressing stuff todo.
