Add banner to upgrade alby lndhub to alby account #3139

Feature description

Still many seem to use the lndhub connector with the Alby lndhub. Those users should connect their alby account and no longer use the lndhub connector

show a banner if the user is using an lndhub connector and the host is ln.getalby.com
