List value4value sites in the "website" section #731

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now we only show websites once webln.enable() is called. This means sites where the value4value option was used is not shown.

We should show all sites on which the user has paid. (Also Twitter and YouTube)

Describe the solution you'd like Save an allowance for payments if an allowance is not there yet.

Additional context We should think about this in the context of the audit trail feature that stores all user interaction on websites

I agree.

I did a payment using Alby on https://bitcoinheiros.com/ and didn't appear on Websites where you have used Alby before. Same thing for payments I did on twitter profiles that has lightning address on it.
