feat: frontend setup #192

[x] Styling issues
[x] check tailwind config
[x] Connection success screen
[x] Shift assets from backend to front (public)

[x] move return_to handling to React and make sure login redirect works

[x] make sure API endpoints do not expose any data that they should not
