Fix responsiveness on value4value page for mobile #89

Fixes one of the issues with mobile responsiveness reported by Amy in issue #88.

Maybe we should also change the text of the download button mobile? If it is not available and we're on mobile we just say "available on desktop" or something like that?

Ok so in addition to checking the browser type we should also check for mobile, would we do this just based on the screen size?
