Make tweets section into carousel #94

Putting in this issue to track this task, it is up for grabs if anyone wants to give it a try. Discussion on this happened in PR #92, basically we think it would look good to turn the tweets section into a carousel in the future but have included it the way it is for now.

We're soon shutting down this repo. Decided against keeping Remix in our tech stack.
