is this a ddos tool?

Ddosify is more like a load testing tool. But one can use it for Dos simulation. Ddosify cloud can be used for DDoS simulation once it is available. Whatever the purpose, the user should be the owner of the target system. Using ddosify for harmful purposes is forbidden.
