Produce appmap 1.11.0 #206

Currently the agent use 1.8.0 spec. The current spec is 1.11.0.

Also, not listed in the changelog:

metadata.source_location should the source path and line number of the test case This is used in the UI to open the source code from the AppMap It’s also required for up-to-date checking to work.
