It looks like the need for SEO improvements on the APP page is very needed. I found these details from Google. https://developers.google.com/webmasters/ajax-crawling/?csw=1
The the jQuery links do not at this time generate the correct URL structure and so changes should start in media/js/app.js and site/views/app/tmpl/default.php
