Publish .ipa & .apk files in github releases #23

Publish the .ipa file (iOS app) & universal .apk file (Android app) in github releases: (add the .ipa & .apk files as assets) & add description of the release in github releases at: https://github.com/getbitpocket/bitpocket-mobile-app/releases
