Prep for zero fraud #235

These are a few small tweaks to get ready for zero fraud, which include:

Adding fields to our CreditCard object so that it can capture the full info that people will fill out
Updating the SimpleScan buttons so that they animate
Allowing subclasses to override the camera deny experience (zero fraud will let people enter card details manually)
