Plugin system #1

Just a set of basic API and plugin manager, to be more precise. Things necessary to start developing simple plugins and improving system in future versions.

[x] API for reminders
[x] API for menu management
[x] Hooks API
[x] Filters API

I'm closing this issue and going to handle remaining steps separately to avoid mess and distraction.
