Mistral API Support #1128

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not a problem per se.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd love to see support for using Mistral's new API endpoint as an Alternative to OpenAI. Simply available by pasting an API key.

Additional context Mistral-medium, Mistral AI's new API-only model, seems to get pretty close to GPT-4-level coding-skills, which i'd love to be able to use instead OpenAI's models. It's a lot cheaper.

Nothing new about it ? Poeple might not agree but I feel like GPT is becoming worse day by day. Supporting multiple API seems like a good option.

Sorry for the late reply as i hadn't used it much at the time. I have used it a bit now, and it feels better than gpt-3.5-turbo to me, while being only marginally more costly

I'd appreciate support for it in cursor a lot!
