Apply button on Code generation doesn't work Claude which kinda defeats the purpose of Claude support?

Also it's important to note that the default model (gpt-4) was already good at applying the diff. So it would be best to add an option or make it the default that when the claude model is selected and suggests the changes, they still be applied using gpt-4.

Currently it's necessary to switch to 'gpt-4' to apply the diff and then back to Claude.
