Add a method to change the Install location #216

The Windows version is automatically installed on the C drive, and if the storage location is moved, it will be reinstalled on the C drive again. Although this is sporadic, I don't know how to solve it?

The phenomenon presented is that my desktop has two Cursor shortcuts, but the paths are different. One is the path I moved to the D drive, and the other is automatically installed on my Windows system C drive under unknown circumstances.

"I just want to know why, under my normal usage, a new application has been installed under my computer without any reason, and there is a message similar to Cursor install success in the notification bar on the right side of my computer. I don't really expect such a result to appear. I don't think this is a friendly move, and even makes me feel that there is a security issue.".

My operation is to download a Cursor from the official website, and it will automatically be installed on my C drive. However, I do not want to install some software on the C drive, so I moved the entire Cursor directory to the D drive. The above is my operation, and there is nothing else.

I believe this is still the case in v0.2.0, so I'll leave this open for a dev to close.

This has been raised before, in #73, but I've closed that issue due to the detail explanation here. Will await a dev's response.

OK, thanks

Not sure why is it closed. I still see no way to install Cursor to an alternative path.
