When I use chat, it always fails and prompts: Extension host terminated unexpectedly 3 times within the last 5 minutes Even if I don't use chat to open cursor for a while, it will still appear I tried disabling all plugins - invalid I tried reinstalling cursor, but it didn't work

Hey, could you drop your Cursor install info? If you do File -> About, and just copy and paste that as a comment, that would be a great help!

Also, do you have (or have had) VSCode install in the past? Sometimes, VSCode can leave behind some things that Cursor doesn't like, which could cause this issue.

Hopefully we can narrow down what's going on here!

I found that this occurred when I installed Cursor on a new computer. I had PHP Intelephense installed on my old machine. Once I reinstalled the module, this error went away.

I'm facing the same issue, extension host keep crashing and restarting. This is becoming a bit frustrating.
