HI.

I haven't used Cursor for two weeks. It's not that I don't like Cursor, but it's no longer working. Every time I open Cursor and start chatting with GPT, it always pops up the following prompt message.

We had a problem reaching OpenAI...
This may be because of a period of high traffic. Please try again or use a different model. If this persists, please submit a bug report using the second button from the top right. Then, email hi@cursor.so.

I am using a third-party OpenAI key and VPN, and I am a user from China

I have been getting this quite a lot today. I'm using Cursor Pro. Usually if I request again, it fails, but after a few more tries, it works eventually.

I have been encountering this 100% today, I am using Cursor Pro, too. I am behind proxies and I can visit chatgpt properly.

Can confirm this is happening today. Only seems to be while using gpt-4-1106-preview. Playground works fine

FYI. I fixed this months ago after a fresh wiping of cursor...

Encountering this issue still, oddly it is using the Claude 3.5 Sonnet model.
