Initial screen: add the "New AI project..." button #883

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No.

Describe the solution you'd like Alongside the existing two buttons: "Open a folder" and "Open with SSH", add the "New AI project..." button. Yes, this button is already accessible in the 16th place of the "File" window menu; but this isn't a good UX. Probably that "New AI project..." right at the first screen, is just why an user has downloaded Cursor; just what they're looking for in a first use.

+1 I agree. I could not figure out where to do a "New AI project..." until I found this exTwitter post. It would be good for new users of Cursor to more easily discover the most exciting feature. https://twitter.com/mckaywrigley/status/1693674524208943594
