OpenAI organization header option #960

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With OpenAI api key setup being per user, would be great if we could configure the organization to which we want to bill that request for. Currently I can only set my api key, but if I change the "default organization" later on OpenAI, Cursor calls will then go / be billed to the wrong org there.

Describe the solution you'd like A setting on Cursor to input the organization id that should be used and then use that on the header of the api calls to OpenAI.

Additional context No much else to add other then OpenAI's api setup being per user is a bit weird and then having this option would help us and potentially other ppl a lot, specially if you're trying to setup an org there for devs to use, but sometimes they also have access to other client's org and then can accidentally change the default org and cause billing issues with clients.
