Breadcrumb sep requires matching padding #160

Currently the .sep span elements (separators) in the breadcrumbs do not have padding to match the breadcrum items. This throws out alignment.

Add padding but then be sure to half the hoz padding applied to all the items as adding padding to sep doubles the total padding between each breadcrum
