Please review and install as the fallback where necessary. imgeplacehold-ico

no fallbacks present in the core theme, have added as a directory for future/client usage

/assets/images/framework/placeholders/thumb.png

will extend this as part of https://github.com/getdave/Tanlinell/issues/168
