Insert default dummy images into Theme on activation #168

Investigate possibility of automatically inserting dummy media into the "Media" area of WordPress on Theme activation.

Would include generic images which are suitable for use across a variety of client sites and which would not cause offence. Ask Jon to provide these at 2000px size.

Can you not use that small graphic i created for you @getdave if not i can use that and add it to a 2000x2000px grey BG? will that meet your needs?

Yes, can we have the small graphic boosted up to 2000x2000

@jonbolton @neilberry001 I cannot find that small graphic. It's my fault but I can't find it. Sorry!

I guess what we need is a graphic which is essentially a graybox with a darker gray graphic within it.

We can't use the version above because the icon isn't open source and we haven't paid for it. Also @jonbolton will be able to do a much much better job!

Basically we need a way to define a graphic that will work in the above scenario pls.
